Commission Status

I do not work on a first-come first served basis. Depending on the complexity of the commission and on my IRL schedule, I'll decide who will be served first and I'll warn you if it will be your turn.

You must read my TOS (Terms of Service) before commissioning

Commissions may take from a minimum of 1-2 weeks but they can also take up to 1 month depending on my IRL schedule and complexity of the piece(s). If any problems arise regarding your commission you will be notified.

You may ask for multiple pieces up to 3 to be drawn as part of your commission. For more information regarding the pricing of multiple pieces, check the Payment section of my Terms of Service.

Commercial use of your commission must be discussed beforehand. More information check the Payment section of my Terms of Service.

You will receive updates regarding your commission whenever they're available. Feel free to ask for updates, but not on a daily basis.

Provide clear indications of what you want, which means good quality references and a precise description of your commission In case something isn't clear enough I will ask you questions and I do expect a clear answer.

Your finished commission will be posted on any social media, unless otherwise specified by you

Once your commission is approved, I will provide the price for it based on the type of commission , which you can see in the Prices and Options section, the details provided and level of complexity.

Once you approve the sketch, I will start working on the lineart, colours and shading. You will be provided updates for each step so that I may not miss anything. You must tell me if anything is wrong, right or feels off about each update I send

You may ask for any changes during the sketching and linearting phases. Afterwards the only change you can ask for is for colours during the colouring phase, nothing more.

It is your responsibility to let me know if there are any missing details whenever I provide Work In Progress (WIP) during early stages.
Major changes (clothes, pose, background, big props, weapons, etc) requested after sketch/lineart WIPs have been approved will incur in extra fees. Missing details, mistakes or misunderstandings on my part will never incur in extra fees.

Once your commission is finished, you'll receive a watermarked version and I will post it on any platform I am present on, unless you otherwise specify.

You must be 18 year of age or older to commission me

Do NOT feed any of my art to AI. Commissioned or not.

Do NOT mint any of my art as an NFT Commissioned or not.

All and any commissions made by me are for personal use only. "Personal use" means you may not make any profit from my work in any way. For pieces intended to be used as streaming or video assets, advertisement of any kind, thumbnails, merch, prints, posters, etc. A commercial fee will incur and this MUST be discussed beforehand.

I reserve the right to decline/cancel any commission at my own discretion.

Please review your commission upon completion. I will fix any mistake I have made on my end and/or add any details I may have forgotten about without any extra fee. However, if you've failed to mention a detail you'd like me to include, there will be an extra fee depending on the complexity of the requested changes.

No major changes will be allowed once the rough sketch has been approved. Any extra changes must be minor or an additional fee may be added.

I will not compensate nor be obligated to make any further changes days/weeks/months after the final commission has been received and approved.

Discarded/rejected poses and sketches are still in my ownership. Therefore, I am allowed to rework, resell and repurpose said sketches for other pieces. However, these will not retain any recognizable trait of your character(s).

Once your commission have been approved, you must compile the form with all of the information and agreements we discussed.

All payments must be done through Paypal.

USD/EUR only. Due to conversion rates from USD to EUR, USD prices will get an extra 12% fee.

50% of the payment (rounded up) must be provided upfront. I will keep that 50% for any refund until it isn't refundable anymore. The remaining half MUST be paid once the final sketch have been approved.

In case you ask for multiple piece(s) (up to three) to be drawn by me, the total price will increase by 65% of the average price of the extra piece(s).

Payment plans can be made for pieces 200+ EUR/USD. However, the higher resolution piece won't be provided until the price have been fully paid.

In case you request a SFW/NSFW alternative version of an artwork, there will be an extra charge of 20% of the final price of the commission.

Commercial use shall be discussed BEFOREHAND and it will incur in an additional fee on top of the set price.

As the artist I retain full rights to the artwork, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce or use the image as examples for future sales/self-promotion, unless otherwise agreed upon.

I am allowed to post both work in progress shots and finished artworks on all my social media unless previously discussed otherwise.

The customer retains full rights to the character(s) and it’s design(s). The customer can transfer the piece(s) at their will. However, the customer is not allowed to sell the piece if it wasn't agreed to be made for commercial uses, either in digital or physical format.

Only the ORIGINAL customer may edit and use the artwork (crop, paste, personal prints, usage such as icons, banners, signatures, wallpapers, etc) as long as it is for non-profitable purposes.

Artwork must be properly credited and linked back to my social media whenever the piece has been posted by the customer.

The customer has NO right to use my artwork for any NFTs, blockchain and/or cryptocurrency related business.
